O sorteio de jogos parece bem favorável à equipa portuguesa, que tem bons conhecimentos nos jogos fora.
O jogo de tiebreak, no entanto, tem regras que afectam e bastante a credibilidade competitiva do torneio sendo a velocidade de jogo imensamente mais baixa que o regular em competições de topo de SSF2.
